PFIELDNET

PfieldNet is a digital hub for the Pfizer salesforce, where managers and representatives can plan, get customer insights, and access any relevant tools for their job. This project was done in collaboration between Strategic Commercial Operations (StratCO) and the UX Center of Excellence, for whom I led research and wire-framing efforts.

User journey for a field sales representative.

Paper prototype of low-fidelity concept

Phase 1: Research

During the first of a two-week sprint, I created a script and with the help of my team interviewed members of the salesforce at all levels. With the insights gained from those interviews, I constructed user journeys for the three key roles, and designed two low-fidelity concepts.

One home page proof of concept that we validates with our interviewees.

Phase 2: Design and Validate

The team then took those two concepts back to out interviewees, with whom we validated my designs and got further feedback. With this feedback I iterated on my designs, created a prototype, and tested this with a selection of field force colleagues. The success of this sprint resulted in the UX COE being chosen to run the design and implementation of the final site.
